Set on 17 acres but with access through to the 36 acre property next door to Hamlet Downs Country Accom where you can roam and feel free to potter around and spy Platypus in the many dams, say g'day to the farm friends of sheep, alpaccas, ducks, chooks, resident grey old farm dog Sunny, and even our big piggies up the hill.
A perfect place at the top of the hill is 'The Thirsty Hog Lookout' where on a clear day you are rewarded with a beautiful vista view.
Just a 12 minute drive to Russell Falls and Mt Field National Park and a stones throw to some great hiking and exploring, shopping and dining and historic destinations. 20 minutes drive to internationally renowned Maydena Bike Park, 30 minutes to historic New Norfolk and only 1 hour to Hobart.
